1. How You Opt In

By calling a business that uses ProDispatch and not answering or missing the call, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from that business via ProDispatch. Your call to the business constitutes your request for service, and the SMS messages you receive are the business's response to that request.

Specifically, opt-in occurs when:

No additional action is required to opt in. Your inbound call to the business is the triggering event, and the first SMS you receive will include opt-out instructions.

2. What Messages You'll Receive

Once opted in, you may receive the following types of automated SMS messages from the business via ProDispatch:

All messages are sent on behalf of the home service business you contacted. ProDispatch is the technology platform — the business is the sender of record.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service interaction. A typical service interaction from initial call through appointment completion involves 3–8 messages. You may receive more or fewer messages depending on the complexity of your service request, scheduling changes, or follow-up communications.

You will only receive messages related to an active or recent service request with a business using ProDispatch. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages sent and received through ProDispatch are standard text messages. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply. These are typically included in unlimited messaging plans, but if you have a limited plan, message and data charges from your carrier may apply.

ProDispatch does not charge you directly for receiving or sending SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of ProDispatch SMS messages at any time:

Reply STOP to any message you receive to immediately opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message ("You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.") and no additional messages will be sent to your number.

Opt-outs are processed immediately. If you opt out and later wish to re-engage with a business using ProDispatch, you may call them again to restart the workflow.
