This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. By using ProDispatch or receiving communications sent through our platform, you agree to this policy.

We collect information that home service businesses and their customers provide through the ProDispatch platform. This includes:
- Contact information — name, phone number, and email address
- Service request details — the type of service needed, description of the problem, and any notes provided during the intake process
- Address and location — service address where work is to be performed
- Appointment information — requested service dates, scheduled appointment times, and technician assignments
- Communication history — SMS and voice messages exchanged through our system
We may also collect technical information such as IP addresses and device identifiers for security and fraud prevention purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through ProDispatch is used solely to provide our dispatch and communication services:
- Automated SMS responses to missed calls — our system texts back customers who called a home service business to capture job details and confirm appointments
- Job scheduling — booking service appointments based on availability and customer preferences
- Technician dispatch — routing service requests to the right technician for the job
- ETA and status updates — sending customers automatic text updates about technician arrival times, delays, and job status
- Follow-up communications — post-service messages such as review requests
3. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance
By providing your phone number to a home service business using ProDispatch, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from that business regarding your service request, appointment scheduling, technician dispatch, and job updates.
Important disclosures about SMS messaging:
- Message frequency — message frequency varies depending on your service request. You may receive messages to confirm your service request, schedule your appointment, notify you of technician ETA, and follow up after service completion.
- Message and data rates may apply — standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages you receive and send.
- Opt-out — you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, except as required by law.

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is shared only as follows:
- With the home service business you contacted — the company whose missed call triggered the ProDispatch workflow receives your contact information, service request details, and appointment information to fulfill your service request.
- Service providers — we use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content as a subprocessor. Their privacy policy is available at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this policy, and for a reasonable period after service completion to handle any follow-up questions or disputes. Specifically:
- Active service requests are retained for the duration of the job and follow-up period
- Customer contact and appointment records are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction
- SMS message logs are retained for up to 12 months for compliance and dispute resolution

6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted storage, and access controls that limit who within our organization can access customer data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
